Important elements for a project of type are containers and plants. You can use almost any container size, so it is big enough to hold the ball of the plant with room to grow. Do not try to cheat and grow your plants in a container that is only just big enough to hold, believe me, that’s not well in the long term.

Make sure there is at least one or two inches of space in which to place compost. The only thing you want to remember is that over the pot, the more often he will need to be watered. Be especially careful to keep an eye on small pots in sunny locations. You can be flexible with the type of container used as well.

It’s fun to find items to recycle that container plants. Decorated boxes of instant coffee, old pots or bowls, or even an old kitchen sink can become a home for plants. If you are looking for large pottery or terra cotta pots, glazed pots are best to maintain hydration. However, if you’re willing to water more often, clay pots are unglazed to look beautiful and inexpensive.

There are many plants that can adapt well to life in a container. Shrubs or dwarf fruit trees such as limes, blueberries and oranges, can do wonders in containers with due attention and care. Strawberries can do well too! Bamboos and grasses are hardy, easy maintenance, and they look great in a large pot. You can also cultivate and train vines up a trellis boy! You imagination is the limit of what you can do with a container garden.

However, do ask your nursery for advice on species and varieties are best for containers. Even if a dwarf orange tree will do well in a pot, a full sized one will not. The type of soil you use in your container is very important. Do not use the dirt you dig up your garden, it will just dry up and compact when used as compost. I found the commercial compost works well, but most people recommend using only real ground.

Either can be found at the nursery or at most hardware stores. Potting Soil is specially formulated to retain moisture and keep its structure in a confined space. This is very important for the health of your plant. While container gardening is relatively easy, they have some special needs.

You’ll need to water your plants with more often than if they were planted in soil. A pot, however great it is, it has much less water holding capacity of soil in the ground there is simply less space. Be especially careful to check your containers frequently during the hot containers, especially small ones, can dry out quickly in the heat.

If your pots have good drainage (mostly ceramic or terra cotta, have a hole in the bottom), it is difficult to overwater. However, a good rule of thumb is to only water when soil is dry, more than an inch deep. It is easy enough to check this with your finger.

Parrot cages should not be round and must have corners for the birds to feel comfortable. Inside the cages there should be enough bird toys to keep the birds active and happy. Parrots are of many sizes. The size of cages you will need to keep your pet will depend on the size of the parrot or parrots. To make the birds happy, make the cages as big as possible and fill it up with toys.

Even small parakeets must have Parrot cages which are at least 18″ x 14″ x 22″, where 18 is width, 14 is depth, and 22 is the height. That, of course, is the minimum requirement. Even small parrots like lories will be happier in cages double that size. Birds should be able to flap their wings, and fly around, and hop from perch to perch within their cages and larger the cages are, the healthier the captive birds would be.

For larger parrots like macaws, the width of the Parrot cages should be at least 40″ as their wingspan is more than that of parakeets. And the height of the cages should be such that the parrot’s tail does not touch the cage bottom when it is on any of the perches. Above the bird there should be enough space to hang the bird toys. Lack of space and lack of toys will suffocate the bird and it might scream and bite and pluck its own feathers.

Parrot cages should ideally be squares, rectangles, or hexagons. Corners are a must for the caged birds to get direction. Within a rounded cage it is said to be difficult for birds to get a point of reference so that they might become confused and frightened. And horizontal bars are better for cages than vertical bars. Horizontal bars will double as extra perches for the bird and they will be more suitable than vertical bars for hanging bird toys.

Jungle life of parrots like lories is full of activity and variety. In their natural habitats they fly from one tree to another in flocks. To ensure that they miss their real home as little as possible, their Parrot cages should be full of bird toys and the birds should be allowed to interact with their masters as frequently as possible. Lories feel the face or fingers of the owner with their brush-tipped tongues and it should be given enough opportunities to do that.

Ideal bird toys for small parrots like lories are hanging bells and ropes that can be easily hung inside Parrot cages. Plastic, wood, and other natural fibers are ideal toys material. Leather toys are not strongly recommended because it often tends to become sticky and messy with the nectar that these birds are fed. Twigs and wood used, whether for perches within the cages, or for bird toys, should be free of chemicals and pesticides.

Birds get bored with the same toys day in and day out. One way out of this is providing them with small, improvised homemade toys. Lots of things available in the backyard, or leftover things like containers, covers, and water bottles, can be converted into good bird toys with a little innovativeness.

Alright, I’m just teasing you. It probably won’t happen, but if it did, at least you wouldn’t be kicking yourself in the head. Ok, so, you’re Level 70 and sailing off to Northrend. Let’s hit it.

What? A leveling guide from 71-80? Nine months after Wrath of the Lich King has been released? Well, sure. Obviously this won’t be geared towards players who use Paladins as their main. One of these days, maybe next week, we’ll probably get around to talking about Crusader’s Coliseum and the Trial of the Crusader. Then again, didn’t you just one-shot all those bosses last week? Anyway, just for this week we’ll pick up where we left off when we last hit Level 70 (or so). The excitement seems to be pointing towards the next batch of content – from reawakened black dragons, to the inevitable opening of Icecrown, and of course, the advent of a new expansion.

So, I was all set to write a lengthy diatribe this week on the woes of the Arcane tree. I was going to compare their plight to the aliens in the District 9 trailer, which I totally plan on watching this weekend. Both are oppressed groups, both possess powerful weapons nobody can use properly anymore, and both have spaceships that ran out of gas above South Africa. I was going to bemoan such things as Arcane’s inadequate DPS, PvP survivability, and overall mana inefficiency. It was going to be overly-dramatic and incredibly whiny. Warlocks were going to drink from the well of my tears, and find them delicious. Of course there are still good sellers online.
