I Have A Chilean Mesquite Tree . Pruned It In March Along With Cutting A Root That Was Lifting My Patio.?

In the process I discoved all the surrounding gravel had plastic underneath. I’ve removed the plastic and have watered extensively, also gave the area a good dose amonia sulfate, but still not a single leave.Tree is 30 feet tall and wide. Any advise would be appreciated.

    how long has it been without leaves?…. did you just move there?…. if it had leaves this spring and has died since the pruning, then it was on it’s way out when you got there….. I’m afraid there’s little hope that it’s going to just pop back alive at this point…. but call in an arborist for the final diagnosis…. and prepare to remove it…. http://www.horticultureunlimited.com/lan…
